You acknowledge that digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including platform policies, search engine algorithms, market competition, and user behaviour. We make no guarantee of specific results such as rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or ROI.
4. Fees, Payment, and Billing
- Fees for services will be clearly outlined in the proposal or invoice provided.
- All invoices must be paid as per the terms specified in the corresponding agreement.
- Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
- Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services until payment is received in full.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, designs, campaigns, and deliverables created and provided by DigitalXGrowth remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your business purposes.
You represent that you own or have permission to use any intellectual property (images, logos, trademarks, copy) provided to us.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
