1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services — which involve significant time, research, and resources — all payments made to DigitalXGrowth are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances once work has been initiated:
- SEO Audit Services – Once the audit report has been prepared or delivered
- Competitor Analysis Services – Once research has commenced or the report has been delivered
- High-Authority Backlink Building – Once outreach or link placements have begun
- Digital Marketing Campaigns – Once campaign setup, strategy, or execution has started
- Web Design & Development – Once design mockups or development work has started
- Consulting and Strategy Sessions – After the session has taken place
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment was made in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction) — subject to verification
- DigitalXGrowth is unable to commence the service within the agreed timeframe and has not delivered any work
- A written mutual agreement for a refund has been reached between the Client and DigitalXGrowth
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
4. Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases where work has been partially completed and a service is cancelled by mutual agreement, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of DigitalXGrowth. The refund amount will be calculated based on:
- The percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation
- Resources, tools, or third-party costs already incurred
- Time invested by our team
DigitalXGrowth’s assessment of the above factors will be final.
5. Advertising Spend (Ad Budgets)
If your engagement includes management of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.):
- Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable by DigitalXGrowth, as these are third-party charges.
- Management fees paid to DigitalXGrowth for campaign management are non-refundable once the campaign has been set up or is live.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an ongoing monthly service:
- You must provide a written cancellation notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged in full.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has started.
7. Results and Performance
DigitalXGrowth provides digital marketing services based on industry best practices and expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. The absence of desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and contact details
- Invoice number or payment reference
- The service for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
9. Changes to This Policy
DigitalXGrowth reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
